    Strangely, the projectile I have doesn't have any sign of the unpainted band below the bourrelet.

    The unpainted band isn’t below the bourrelet but from where the bourrelet starts up for about 15 mm.

    No sign of an unpainted band anywhere on the projectile.

    Hope I can find that color in a spray (here in the USA) and not have to resort to the dreaded airbrush.

    Well the airbrush cooperated for a change.
    Now my shelf of "anti-axis nations who weren't around long enough to employ an anti-tank gun bigger than 47mm" (currently Poland, France, Belgium, Yugoslavia) - gets a new member.. the Netherlands. Thanks again for your help.
    The green I airbrushed on was Testors Model Master Fieldgrau RAL6006 (S6) 21480
