Who can identify this primer and filling factory on a 13Pr 9Cwt case.
I have not seen C.H over B.T before.

CH/BT - Charles Hurst Ltd., Montgomery Street Garage, Belfast. (Now one of Northern Ireland's biggest second hand car dealers, the site is now a multi-storey N.C.P. car park)

F12 - National Filling Factory No. 12, Cardonald, Renfrewshire.

Hello,
To add at your post, the position of the stamping CH/BT is diverse in the headstamp.
1)At 2 or 3 o'clock, the most common in my observations.
2)At 9 o'clock as your.
3) At 12 o'clock.
I have also the mark C/BT very similar. I don't know if it is the same manufacturer. 4)
