what would P.I.N. Mean On the fuze of this 6Pr?

I would guess it means Fuze Plug Mk1 Navy but I have not seen one of these so also wait for the experts. Does it unscrew as it looks like a plug ?
 
No, it does not unscrew but is empty, i’ve put a small inspection camera in the hole. I do think it’s a plug.
