Converted from a filled fuze

Manufactured by MI/C - McKinnon Industries.
Filled by Sc/C - General Engineering Co., Scarborogh, Canada.
The date after the filler doesn't make sense as it would mean the filling preceeded the manufacture (and design!) by twelve years.

Strange, but that's clearly what is stamped into the fuze.
