Long Delay Pistols used by Fighter Command and 2nd TAF

Not a technical question, but a historical.

Is there information about the use of the Long Delay Pistol No. 37 on aircraft bombs used during Fighter Bombers attacks by Fighter Command and/or 2nd TAF?
I only know about one attack, but I think this was an exception.
