It is signal mine MUV-AS. Uses for shooting 26-mm signal cartridges. After WW2.

Yes, you are right.
In WW2 was UV-AS in two versions, one of them like this. But fuze is UV, not MUV.

Meanwhile, in some reasons MUV-AS was very popular in Strategic Rocket Forces till 1990th. They did not have or had in a very small quantity signal mines SM, but had a lot of MUV-AS.
