Large amount of Large British Naval Ordnance coming up at Auction.

There is a large amount of large British Naval Ordnance coming up for sale at Stroud Auctions on the 6 and 7th November. I should imagine shipping would be expensive, if available. Items include 3", 4.5" and 155mm shells, depth charge parts and lots more. Details here : https://www.stroudauctions.co.uk/ search "Navy" in the search box on the Auction House website.

    Did anyone go?

What sort of prices did the shells make? The prices are normally quite high at Stroud.

All went for top and over estimate prices, the usual ordnance guys hoovered it all up so expect them on the open market very soon.

Very very soon! Looks like the 4.5" shells didn't even touch the ground before nearly doubling in price and actual value. See QF auctions.
    Always seeking British flares.
