Looks like a mine fuze. Size 42mm knurl, 40mm body, 64mm overall,34mmx1.5 threads.

i don't know where the designation 'CVP-1' came from, but it's wrong.

C.V.P.("Circular Variable Pressure" or something similar) is only an acronym which Allied used to designate this hungarian mine.
Nothing to do with the actual hungarian nomenclature.
