66mm Law/21mm sub cal practice rocket

I think that's exactly what it is, my training pamphlet doesn't seem to give it a name other than 21mm sub calibre training device and rocket.
 
It's a 21 mm M72AS trainer rocket, it's DODIC code. In full 'HA21 Rocket Assembly 21mm M72AS LAW Trainer'. Some blurb and a picture below.

Thank you eggburt, I could have bought wooden crate for about 25 of these during the summer but didn't like the price asked, wish I'd taken a picture of the stencil now though.
 
Canadians use them as well, we see a lot of them in northern Michigan where forces co-train.
