French 81mm Brandt

Hi there! Does anybody know the meaning of these markings? Especially the ones on the fuze well.

I guess the "3-FBE-82" is the lot date.

"10-SAE-81" on the tail. I know that SAE means SOCIETE D'ARMEMENT ET D'ETUDES ALSETEX, so I suppose it is another lot date.

Thanks in advance.

FBE = Forges de Bologne (Haute-Marne)
SAE = Société Alsacienne d'Etude et d'Exploitation (ALSETEX) and two locations Paris and Precigne (Sarthe)

Two different lot numbers is correct, one for the mortar shell and one for the tail fins. The two parts are made in two different locations.
