17cm Minenwerfer Shell

Hello, I've had this for a very long time but I am unsure of what it is exactly and couldn't find a 100% positive answer on BOCN. It's a 17cm Minenwerfer shell but is it a Brandgranat or a Ubung (Training)? It has a transit plug made of steel or is it the regular fuze? Could I remove it and put a normal Z.s.u.m.W.M. fuze? It's obviously completely empty.

"17cm Mittlere Sprengmine Übung Rauch"
 
Thank you Minen, can I replace the plug by a regular fuze, or is it a specific Übung fuze needed? And can someone provide the colour and markings of the body? Thank you.
 
A fuze is mentionned in documentation "exerzier-rauchzünder für mittlere wurfmine" (no detonator)
(same shape as ZmWM).
I only saw this round with inert plug.
