Greetings to all.
Can anyone tell me about this cartridge?
Some sort of auxilliary ....
Shown with 25x137 for scale.
It is about 28mm across the top (outside measurement)
It is 118mm long and the rim diameter is 31.75.
On base is stamped 1 - 74 (probably the date) and 184 - (Cyrillic backward N which is "E" in our script)20200331_171752.jpg

Looks like an impulse, starter or ejection type cartridge, the 'O' ring and the grill are often features of that type, for aircraft applications (my interest...).

Hows your lockdown going?.

I have this item as PT-8M for ejector seat trainer.
Wouldn't a PK cartridge have two primers?

Hi,
This is an ejection seat cartridge PT-8M or PT-12M. The exact name was on the closure. The PT-8M-2 cartridge has two primers. The number 184 stands for the Pozis company in Zelenodolsk. The green color indicates practice cartridges (PT =Pyropatron Trenirovtschnye)
