    Unknown Russian Style 1918 Fuze

Hello, this is a mystery to me, it looks Russian, but definitely isn't from Russian manufacture, and even if it's an export model, the date puzzles me: 1918. I would have thought that armaments contracts with Russia would have ended by then, but may be I am completely wrong? Or may be it's not intended for Russia?

Thanks Joe, do you have more info about this fuze? When was it in use? Type of shell, gun, caliber etc... Thanks. Frank
