20mm and 30mm Drill Cartridges

I show two Drill cartridges with similar steel cases and dark saxe blue ? projectiles.
I ask are they both British or made for UK?

20x129 Oe is headstamped: BM 313 90 and I know it is British made by BM.

30x170 Oe looks Swiss? as it has Inerte stamped on the fuze but no other marks.
Was it made for UK with this colour code or is it a normal Drill colour?

It is never stated but were all the steel cases marked BM made in Switzerland by Oe and then maybe loaded by BM in the UK?
I cannot believe that BM had ammo facilities to make steel cases.
Was the 30mm made in Switzerland was my question.
Thanks Tim for the history links.

My query was based on my lack of knowledge of the BM Company. I knew it was owned by Oerlikon in the 1980's.
I thought that since Swiss Oerlikon factory made green coated steel cases in Oe calibres that the cases may have all been imported or made for BM.
If Oe set up a steel manufacturing production line in UK then I have learned something.
Please confirm if this is true.

All of my BM cases are in Oerlikon calibres.

Ron,

I can neither confirm nor deny that BMARC made its own steel cases. They were, however an established ordnance manufacturer.
