PX-32 and Weissmann Igniters

Hallo,
allied technical intelligence, starting in 1943, describe the PX-32, Weissmann Igniter and others. Early reports in 1943 state, that these have not been used up till that time, but may be used in the future. Later documents, up to "German Explosive Ordnance, 1947" give descriptions as if these fuzes had been in actual use. I don't think that anybody has ever seen these igniters as real items. The 1943 report, apparently british, mentions that the particulars had been taken from a british report of 1942. Does any of our british members here have any idea where this information, in 1942, came from. The most detailed description of these igniters makes me surmise, that this info originated from some german factory that wanted to sell these, or that british intelligence got hold of some german military test reports or similar reports. Already a lead to the original 1942 report would be of help.
Happy Easter to all,
Bellifortis.
