Over the years I've seen the occasional site claiming that the British RP-3 "60 pounder" rocket had a shaped charge head, but was never able to find an actual source.
The other day I was searching DTIC and found a paper summarizing a bunch of test reports on shaped-charge developments, and it lists several reports on the British development of shaped charge heads for the RP-3. I'd recommend Ctrl+F for "60-lb" to find the reports.
I'd highly recommend checking out the entire paper, it mentions a whole bunch of tests with enough information they should be findable in an archive once COVID blows over
The shaped charge head is said to have 16lb of 50/50 RDX/TNT and penetrate 150mm of armor at 30 degrees
Anyone seen anything else on the RP-3 HEAT warheads?
