Hotchkiss and Brand merged in 1956 <> the case is from 1910 and has a russian headstamp. So the HB can be a cyrillic "NV" too and directly near the anchor it can be an acceptance stamp. Manufacturer should be the "TZ" in circle (Tulskij Zavod?)
I am not sure but did I see the "HB" logo also on very old french made cases or do I mix it up with the "BHB" logo (Benjamin Berkeley Hotchkiss?). It's also a question if Hotchkiss ever made such large artillery cases like a long 120 mm case.
