The second one could be the SC 50 JB for example.
But the first one? NC 50 D smoke bomb? Just the screwed in nose doesn't fit.

Nose of the first one is very similar to the SprengBrand C50, but not the base plate !
Are you sure it is not a mix of the two ?

Hello Yoda! Unfortunately I can't say anything! These 2 bombs belong to a friend. We don't know anything about it. Greetings Harry

You are right, the nose fits the Sprengbrand C 50 perfectly - but how should the base plate look then?

The only drawing I have come from the book of Wolfgang Fleischer "Germans air-dropped weapons".
And, in fact, the base plate can be correct for a SprengBrand C50, but I'm confused with the holes ! What would be their use ?

Other pictures or drawings should confirm it. I hope someone shall can help with !

The bomb is covered by OP-1666 too, sadly the base plate is not described nor drawn in detail, the only information is, it was fixed with aluminium shear screws.

other diagrams from H. BELOT

Note the conical incendiary pot is in fact base part of french incendiary bomb 10kg model 1927 !!!!

I think you have the perfect drawing of H. Belot, MinenAZ !
If I look good on the right drawing, in fact, on the picture of Fusse2004 is the steel base plate missing ! The holes in the thin plate serve to diffuse the flame coming from the central tube to the upper incendiary elements.

Great drawings of H. Belot again !
