I'm not too sure about this one? (Its not mine!)
It's that intact (?) gaine in an exploded shell, or am I missing something?

That looks intact to me too
Yes, looks like a KZ14 with intact gaine. What stupid idiot!
I didn't want to point the finger in any way, but I'm a bit surprised that it made it to Ebay.
I'm no saint, but I can't help but think its people like this that make collectors lives that much more difficult.
And of course the possibility some poor unfortunate who buys it might bear the brunt of a nasty unexpected bang one day....

I've contacted the seller and advised what we think. Let's hope he takes it down and deals with it appropriately.

WW1 German Relic Found Somme | eBay
I regularly bump into his auctions on eBay and he doesn't seem to have much idea of what he's selling. E.g. I've seen Sten and MG42 parts listed as 'Somme relics'.
I browsed through his other listings and stumbled across a German stick grenade head recovered from the Somme. That looked a bit sus as well in that it looked pretty much intact.

I agree with peregrinvs on this. I think the pursuit of money has clouded his common sense.
