Refurbished C219 container

I recently obtained several C219 containers from different sources, some in a better condition than others. So I started refurbishing one of the ones in better condition, manufactured by MF and dated 1944. The exterior was painted black which I completely scraped and sanded down. The interior was painted silver which was harder to work on but in the end the new coat of Deep Bronze Green looks beautiful.
Next phase is to recreate the tubes to go inside for display purposes.

I always use a small wooden stand to keep the boxes from touching the ground.
