Well, I can ashure you they're not only rare in Australia, they're quite rare over here too. In all my years of collecting I've not seen one in a collection or museum.

What sort of times does it take to print the various parts as shown?

I printed 2 eggs and 2 HEAT, time total around 24hrs of print time. a few ounces of plastic. Some dowel for fit and alignment.
