    A12 1940

    Hi

    Didn't find pics of an A12 box so posted these. This was on a certain auction website.
    Early date and what looks to be rubber handles.

    Its just a rubber/plastic tube around the steel to cushion fingers carrying a heavy load.

    I say looks because webbing material was also used on early dated boxes.
