This appeared in a local auction. It is a shell casing Sugar Scuttle, that is a sugar dispencer made in the form
of a type of coal scuttle ~
Well that is how it appears - In fact it is a cast thing made to mimic a trench art sugar scuttle
made from a shell casing . In this case a 3pr size.
