Unknown bomb

With the permission of the author of the photos I'll ask here for an identification of the following bomb. I don't have any other clue than that it could be norwegian due to the text markings and "RA" manufacturer. The text could have been "10 kg Flygbomb" but I am not sure.

It should be the same as shown in the photo. The photo was taken in the Military Museum in Delft Holland. 10 kg aerial bomb Norway. Here also the Fuze.Museum Delft Holland.jpg

so my assumption that it is Norwegian can be right.

10kg Training Bomb used in Norway - no more details on it - even not the period of use.
The fuze looks quite interesting. The bomb at Delft shown by Fusse shows a variant (or an incomplete version ? or an activated version?) of this one.
