Help with ID please. Possible launch motor SD-5S

Hi there I would like to know if anyone can help with an ID of this item SD-2S. It look very much like a boost/launch motor, I have not been able to find any information on it. It's approximately 130mm in diameter. Has one large venturi and 2 diametrically opposed canted nozzles.P8250041.jpgP8250040.jpgP8250043.jpg

The design looks old, maybe 1950s or 1960s, from a system before my time.
