No positive identification for you .
But when i first saw it i thought it looked similar to starstreak.
I copied these images from google....

I thought the same as Spotter, possibly something to do with the a K130 High Velocity Missile (HVM)/Starstreak system. It's not the actual dart but possibly a telemetry dart. The K130 was the successor to the K106 Javelin surface to air missile system.

I thought it was, but at the time i could not recall the name, for some reason i keep thinking it was developed in northern Ireland or at least an Irish company, now, i did have three, i loaned someone 1 piece, cant remember who just now, the comments you have both made are very reasonable.
Many thanks,Mick

can the person who i loaned one of the rods to please contact me to return it, you picked it up from my house

Yes, it would seem to one of the three guided sub-missiles, aka 'hittiles', from a Starstreak HVM (High Velocity Missile).

The last image on the right isn't Starstreak HVM, but would seem to be the Lightweight Multirole Missile (LMM), now known as Martlet.

There are many differences between the hittiles from Starstreak HVM and Martlet, an example being the aerodynamic control system on both. Martlet uses a system almost the same as Javelin/Blowpipe, the hittiles work by locking the normally free-spinning section that holds the forward canards.

Thanks for the comments, all very interesting, can anyone tell me the name of the country that developed it, i have it my head it was an Irish company

It was a UK development by Shorts Missile Systems (prior Shorts Brothers)... now Thales Air Defence Limited.

Shorts Missile Systems, now Thales were based in Belfast when I visited them on a regular basis during the development of HVM. I'm not sure (20 odd years later) if they still are.
