1918 German 3.7cm cases

Other than they were both made in June 1918, what can you tell me about the headstamps on these 37x94mm cases?

Aside from the markings (which others can detail better than me) you notice the
curved grooves scraped into base, this indicates that these were fired from a
Hotchkiss revolving cannon (German made under licence). These were commonly used in Balloon defence
and in ground support.

Thanks. That’s very interesting - I had pondered the significance of the curving grooves. Going with the AA theme, I have put a ball tracer projectile in one of them.
