Need help with WW2 manuals

Greetings!
I'm asking for help in recognition the source of this scheme. This is a manual on the enemy armies ammunition, I guess. Looks like british for me.
Represented round for the "high-low system" PAW600 cannon:

The document is British and is extracted from the "War Office Technical Intelligence Summary No 176". The summaries were issued monthly and authored by MI10; this document dates from April 1945.

In National Archive "This record has not been digitised and cannot be downloaded".
I'm not able to visit the UK, unfortunately. Well, let's leave this item until better times.
