A few weeks ago I bought an 'alright' 40mm round. The projo had quite a bit of original paint, but it had a few dings in the thread so the fuze wouldn't screw in all the way and the tracer/igniter was stuck with rust.
Nothing too fancy, but a nice opportunity to make a cutaway as it needed some restoration before I could put it in my collection anyway.
After some time, milling and painting, it looks like this:
