Russian rifle grenade (ww1)

I found pictures of this rifle grenade in another forum (thanks to the author). Supposed to be a ww1 rifle grenade (Zelensky ?)
I assume not common.
Does anyone could give more details ?

Yes, it is, but no pictures of this grenade with fuze in the head. More popular was this version of grenade.
