This is the 3rd installement of Jean Dujardin's secret service like character (like French James Bond) but with a LOT of totally politically incorrect humour https://www.imdb.com/title/tt7972012/. This time he goes to Africa, the 1st time he was in Cairo https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0464913/?ref_=tt_sims_tt_i_1, the 2nd in Rio https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1167660/?ref_=tt_sims_tt_t_2. Set during the Cold War, it pits Dujardin's character against local dangers compounded by the Soviet military shananigans. The humour is sometimes very oblique requiring basic knowledge of French colonial affairs in Africa. I personally find Dujardin delightful as Hubert Bonisseur de la Bath.
