    Chinese Type 85 A/T Mine.

This Chinese Type 85 A/T mine is green plastic with a pull-out carry handle in the base. I can find no information about it.
Is it the real mine or a practice version? Approx. dimensions : 270mm diameter and 100mm high. Who can read the writing?

A search for '85式全保险防坦克地雷' comes up with this.

    https://wantubizhi.com/image353512090909.html

The machine translation of the text on the title of the page is... 'Film and television props teaching and training 69-type 72-type 85-type anti-tank anti-infantry anti-tank simulation mine model'.
