I thought our British friends might want to see the Colonial Residence of the British Governor of the Colony of North Carolina. It was built shortly before the American Revolution. The original building burnt down during the French Revolution, it was re-built in 1950's using the original plans. A small camp in front of the building is to show how soldiers lived during the American Revolution era.
