National Museum of USAF, Dayton, Ohio

I am driving home from SLICS and decided to stop at this museum on the way. So I had only a couple of hours, definitely not enough for this huge museum. Also, it is Easter time and there are hordes of families with children, slows you down quite a bit. So I decided to take pictures of ammo and things I liked, since there was no time for the whole museum. I did not even go to the missile gallery and so called Presidential gallery.
A very important point. If you (like me) visited this museum before 2016, the Presidential hangar bus tour does NOT exist any more. They built a new building and put everything from Presidential hangar there. Makes it much easier.
The museum contains a significant amount of Soviet, Japanese and German planes. I skipped many because of no time. Also, the entire outside exhibit is not captured here.
So, it is a HUGE museum.

I really appreciate the way they have real 904 fuzes in the Mk. 82 bombs on the A37 and B52. You hardly ever see that.

The Hustler is a great looking plane.
Thanks for posting al these pictures.

The National Atomic Museum in Albuquerque has examples of all the U.S. Nukes, except the super secret hand-held ones.

It is great to see Robin Olds' (RIP) Phantom!

Lots of nice Ord pics in this batch Sksvlad! You even slipped a Landmine in!

Thanks for all of these!
