I have the m605 fuze in the picture from a mine training kit. They modified it and I am trying to return it to original appearance. The question is the slotted tube on top that the safety goes through was removed and jb welded. Does anyone have any images of the real thing showing how. That part is made?

heres some photos of my practice fuze.the sleeve fits over the pin that is sticking out and the safety pin goes through both of them
Thanks, Does the sleeve come off easily or does it stay in place?
i will take it apart this weekend and let you know

here are some measurements
hole size is .128 or 3.23mm or #30 drill bit

Thanks I appreciate it. Is everything else epoxied in so the prongs are held in with epoxy?
no the practice fuze functions like the live one.(you can use a smoke charge in the mine)the ones from your set could be solid resin as they are only training/familirisation and not for actual drill use(im not quite sure about the details of that mine training set)as ive never seen one but definatley want one!
In this case they took an original one replaced the firing pin with an extended bar that pushes a button in the mine when it goes off. replaced the part you took pictures of with the top of a pop rivet, and installed the prongs and filled it all with JB weld epoxy (which I removed in the previous picture. The piece that holds the primer was replaced with a guide for the firingpin/rod.
My question is if your prongs are also held in with epoxy and I removed mine for no reason, or if it is a piece of metal that clips into the hole you see on my first picture.
