Wanted Primer because this one is wrong ~

I picked up a ruined 3pr case today hoping the primer would fit my 6pr case.
Of course it was totally wrong.
How ever it is still a good primer and I would trade it for the kind I need.

according to my own made list the No.2 primer should fit both. what have you got primer No.? they sometimes wont fit due to damage to the counter bore so (apologies if I tell you something you.ve already looked at) look for where it jams or the key cut outs in the primer are damaged and stop it screwing home.

The primer I need has a threaded edge and is much shallower for converted cases.

Ah...had another look at your photos and see what you mean, did not know they had an interim standard, must be quite rare. good luck.
