Great news for ammunition (I think)

it means something but beyond me. Just paid £1.989 a litre for diesel, cheapest round here.
 
That would be around $8 a gallon. What the news says is that copper is cheaper which I interpret that brass ammo is cheaper. I just came from California where it was around $7 a gallon.
