    29/06/22 mills base plugs on ebay

    Just thought i would give members the heads up a number of base plugs listed on ebay 26/06/22 are reproduction,,,,, Dave

    Are they the £17-18 pound ones. Theres one i never seen before.

    Somewhat inaccurately described as "orignal" (sic) Somme relics... However, the same wrong typefaces across most plugs, poor alignment of letters and numbers, and generally mediocre quality of finishing are satisfying giveaways.

    Yep that's the ones Tony, funny enough i had one once and sold as a reproduction and the buyer collected the repro ones too.

    Some new fakes there. I've seen the F.K one before in brass and zinc.
