    Ahahaah!,
    Dodgy accents indeed!
As for Braveheart,it was a pleasure not to be greeted by blue woad wearing madmen!!
Seriously though,it was great day and was just what i needed after my recent bad times.
Only a couple of hours away, but we got stuck at passport control for a while as the border patrol couldnt suss out why a lancashire lad was with a yorkshire fella and they weren`t at each others throats!
Was a pleasure to meet Archie and the lovely Dawn.We were well looked after with a nice hot meal and several brews.
A few great deals were done and i must also mention that we met a pal from MCF forums(Bil44),hopefully he will join our merry band soon?
Archies hairy looking cat and his huge dog also gave us a welcome too!
Thanks guys for a great day out.I shall forward Tigbrands latest goody box shortly.

    cheers and best

    waff

Here are a couple of shots from the trip to Archies.

Who is the handsome devil in the last shot studying the german stuff i wonder?

A low ceiling in the display room not really tailored for us 6 foot stretches!

    cheers
