skull181 (3rd June 2012)
Hear is my butterfly, sporting its new colour scheme.
Recovered from Grimsby as part of a school boys
schrapnel collection in 1941.
With the addition of a new fuse and charge the butterfly
looks as deadly as the day it dropped.

Ok,ive taken a few snaps of the ones i have.
Im afraid they are in `pre-clean` condition but they are on the long list of `to-does`
There are a different set of wings included in front of the complete ones,i also have some more fuzes for the SD2`s not pictured.
The close up of the left hand one shows the correct 41A bayonet type fuze i believe correct for the body type?
cheers

A few more showing some of the gaine pots too.
They are pictured on the shelf and the last shot is when they are in the `room`up in top corner.
Thats certainly changed since that shot in members collection!
I hope you enjoy the pics and please give me any good tips for cleaning them up.
cheers and best
