here are some of the colour and B&W plates from the Handbook for this weapon. Not sure if you can read the narrative re colour scheme and stencilling on the shell, case and fuze. As I find time, I'll do the same with the other manuals that I have - but in no particular calibre or date order . Dave

4.5 inch AA gun

The 209 fuze used the Swiss Tavaro time clock system but folowing the outbreak of war, it was not possible to obtain supplies of these and the No. 207 was substituted instead

The No.209 fuze is the Swiss Tavaro 'DZ 36.00'..
The Mark I is the original Swiss design, the Mark II is adapted for UK forces.

love the pics do you have any info on the No 209 fuse for the 4.5" AA Ammunition by any chance??
