Sd2a restoration finished

Finished at last and just about as best i could do
with it.
Looks and works like an SD should but will look into
making repro springs as the original are still a bit tired.

I suppose in hours about 9 hours in three hits as this one needed
all springs and pins replaced and a lot of fiddling about.
