This once massive site produced British naval cordite from ww1 to the 50s.Also Tetryl and picrite. Tetryl was an explosive used in gains and exploder pellets. Picrite was used in cordite to reduce barrel erosion reduce smoke.A lot of this site still exists but is private so off limits!!!
