3.7cm Pak AP V 3.7cm Flak AP

Thanks Wolf for the picture.
Lovely shells. I don't think I have ever seen the bakelit tipped projectile before. I have a good home for it if you ever feel the need ;) .

Have you a picture of the headstamp for the pzgr40 Ausf B?
Would be much appreciated.

Regards

I wish alot I could see it. Sadly the base is pitted.
I believe I can see a 40, but might be my imagination. So I have to believe the case wasn't modified.
I will take picture
Wolf.

Here is the base

And here is a close-up picture of the bottom quarter.
If you look carfully you can see the "ST" for stahl and you can then work where the 40 for "pzgr40" should be.
Not a good case, but i still believe genuine :)

Many thanks Wolf
As you said it is unfortunate the base is pitted, but still an item I would gladly add to my collection.

There is no reason that I can think off why it wouldn't be genuine.
As far as I know you can get them without the "40" headstamp and still the correct crimp.
