WW1 Navy Pattern 303 box

I came across this today, all brass fittings, some markings. Excellent
condition. It may be discussed in the 1915 treatise but I am missing the pages. Any information will be helpful. I can make out the name Halifax on the box. I don't collect these and I might be open to trading it.
