Not really a restoration just more of a tidy up for someone
Bottom is marked 12Pr 12&8cwt QFII AS 18 over a 6 ,
Basically just gave it a good doing over with wire brush on grinder,to remove concretion ,sprayed first with zinc primer and finished with matt black,Can anyone can tell me more about this shell and its markings ,anything welcome.thanks for looking spotter

Hi Spotter, Its a 12 pdr solid practice shot.

There were three different Q.F. 12 pdr naval guns, 8cwt, 12cwt and 18cwt.
