Nice items, special the SD 4, i have seen them before, but i cannot remember were, regards Ben

If you ever see any documents I'd be interested. I bought the short one at a military show in Oklahoma about 15 years ago, I've been searching for a reference ever since.

Maybe ??

Maybe it could be an german Stabbrandbombe ???
looks like but i am not sure !!

Regards David

It seems the SD4 HL with the short Tail is a test version.
They bin trying to perfect the wapon for more than a year the target whas to distroy 2 out of 4 tanks in a field of 18x24 m.
Because of the scattering of the bombs with the short tail whas not good enough the tail got longer.
There where first 50 bombs in a AB 250-2 after the tail got longer only 40 bombs.
The bombs where first used on the 5th of mai 1944 on the Ostfront.

Thanks Jack, do you have any documents that show it? JO

The drawing its al that i have on it.
