I would like to know the manufacturer of this case and from what country he comes.

Dimensions:lenght 59mm diameter 26,5mm.

unknown signal case

Hi Kilsdonk,
this is a czech signal case. The manufacturer is unknown but this trade mark is only used in 1937 and 1938.
