It looks like you can actually see the shells exploding and then the powder burning. Obviously everything inside would have been incinerated. What type of tank is it and when was it filmed?
Hi Fellas, the Bofors Bill was an overfly top attack missile that was fairly new about 22 years ago, the idea being that upper armour was thinner and more vulnerable than frontal or side armour. Not sure if it was a double warhead. If it was, the purpose of the first charge was to shatter the armour / initiate any reactive armour and the main or follow up charge was to knock out the tank.
