Hey guys, thought you might like to see some of the mines I restore, before I found a dozen original boxes I made a few repos. Original hinges and screws were used. Hope you like.

Dirt Detective,

Very nice work on the restoration! What method do you use to do the labeling on the outside of your wooden crates? It looks wonderful!

Thanks for the nice words guys. As for the stencils, I had an original box and measured the letters. Then I had stencils professionally made out of a plastic sheet. I used a little spray glue to hold them down to the wood and then use a flat black.
I was going to make some brown boxes with yellow lettering but then I found about a dozen boxes and its not worth the cost of wood to do them myself.
